Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relations.
• Implement and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Drive revenue growth through cost control, upselling, and innovative strategies.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  as a Restaurant Manager (preferably in fine dining or premium casual dining).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
