Restaurant Growth Manager Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in hospitality/restaurant management Location Preference: Candidates from Himachal Pradesh preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Growth Manager to drive the strategic growth and performance of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in handling large-scale projects (including corporate events and conferences), sales forecasting, business reporting, and team development. This role requires a proven track record in hospitality with the ability to enhance revenue, streamline operations, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage MICE projects (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and corporate events for the restaurant. Prepare and analyze restaurant sales and purchase reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement sales forecasts to optimize revenue and resources. Train, mentor, and guide the restaurant team to maintain service standards and improve performance. Collaborate with management to design and execute growth strategies for restaurant operations. Monitor expenses, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations. Maintain strong guest relations and resolve issues with a problem-solving approach. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards across all departments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management. Strong background in sales forecasting, reporting, and event management. Hands-on experience in managing MICE or large-scale hospitality projects. Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills. Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze reports and drive profitability. Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference for candidates from Himachal Pradesh with local market understanding.
