Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage MICE projects (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and corporate events for the restaurant. Prepare and analyze restaurant sales and purchase reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement sales forecasts to optimize revenue and resources. Train, mentor, and guide the restaurant team to maintain service standards and improve performance. Collaborate with management to design and execute growth strategies for restaurant operations. Monitor expenses, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations. Maintain strong guest relations and resolve issues with a problem-solving approach. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards across all departments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management. Strong background in sales forecasting, reporting, and event management. Hands-on experience in managing MICE or large-scale hospitality projects. Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills. Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze reports and drive profitability. Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference for candidates from Himachal Pradesh with local market understanding.
Job Responsibilities : Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian Thai dishes including curries, stir-fries, soups, salads, and appetizers. Adapt traditional Thai recipes to exclude meat, fish, and animal by-products without compromising flavor or authenticity. Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Manage kitchen inventory for Thai ingredients (herbs, spices, sauces, etc.) and ensure freshness. Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new vegetarian Thai dishes and seasonal specials. Train and mentor junior staff in Thai cooking techniques and vegetarian substitutions. Handle special dietary requests, including vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive preparations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including North Indian, South Indian, or regional specialties as per the restaurant’s concept. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food items. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor inventory of spices, ingredients, and kitchen supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence and clarity. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar efficiently. Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service. Respond promptly to guest needs and handle any concerns with professionalism. Ensure all interactions reflect proper etiquette, including attentive posture, polite language, and respectful demeanor. Present bills, process payments, and thank guests sincerely to encourage repeat visits. Uphold hygiene and grooming standards at all times.
