Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager with 5-8 years of experience to lead our team at AXO Lounge & Bar in Andheri West, Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations for smooth service delivery.
Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and increase brand visibility.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
Analyze sales reports and feedback to improve menu offerings and promotions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants or bars with a strong track record of success.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
