Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe dining atmosphere.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
