Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at JW Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
