Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage Service team, with 7-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality service operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue.
Manage and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize menu offerings and pricing strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants or hotels, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control measures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
