Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in housekeeping management and a strong background in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
