Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our housekeeping team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality service and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality of service, focusing on attention to detail and consistency.
Manage and train a team of housekeepers to achieve high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
