Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service GSA/Senior GSA to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
