Restaurant Manager

• Staff Management:Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and kitchen staff.
• Customer Service:Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and addressing customer feedback to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Financial Management:Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and monitoring revenue to ensure profitability.
• Inventory Management:Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock to minimize waste and ensure adequate supplies.
• Operational Efficiency:Ensuring the smooth operation of both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Marketing and Business Development:May be involved in marketing efforts and business development initiatives to attract customers.
