Descriptif mission
  • Develop & implement quality management systems, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality certifications standards. - Lead teams conducting inspections, audits, and quality control tests throughout the manufacturing process. - Monitor performance data, analyze quality trends, and report on key metrics for manufacturing processes. - Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve and prevent defects, including root cause analysis. - Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to align quality objectives and solve quality issues. - Respond to customer complaints, analyze issues, and devise short and long-term solutions. - Manage cost of quality, analyze potential improvement opportunities, identify projects and actions to improve quality cost. - Initiate and lead internal and supplier audits programs along with follow-up of nonconformance management. - Setting departmental objectives and assessing performance. - Formulating and implementing quality improvement projects and changes in manufacturing processes. - Train employees on quality principles, systems, and techniques to build a culture of quality within organization. - Ensure an effective deployment of new product development processes and standards (DVI / PPAP / APQP / FAIR). - Managing risk assessment, business continuity plans, FOD's, and safety management systems at department and company level. - Monitoring & controlling of employe and means qualification, instrument's and equipment's calibration. - Assessment of department expenditures in comparison of budget.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical engineering or similar with 15+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or auto industries. - Knowledge of Quality standards, Systems, and Tools. - Technical proficiency (GD&T), Analytical skills, Attention to detail, Problem-solving abilities. - Organizational skills, Leadership and team management, Effective communication skills. - Continuous improvement mindset, Understanding of industry standards & compliance, Customer-focused - High integrity and accountability.
