Job Description

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Resource Management Analyst to support with workforce management, staffing plan, forecasts, budgets, tracking & reporting across multiple clients. This role will work closely with offshore Resource Manager, Agency project managers, finance teams, and embedded specialty teams to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers and program managers in maintaining accurate forecasts, budgets, and staffing plans.
  • Support tracking and reporting across platforms such as ScreenDragon, Power BI, and Workfront.
  • Generate and distribute reports on time tracking, utilization by ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide reports showing hours billed per client versus the initial forecast, along with remaining hours per person.
  • Maintain strong communication ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of resource allocation with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor and flag potential resource constraints or conflicts, proactively suggesting solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources, ensuring smooth transitions and documentation.
  • Maintain and update resource databases and tools to reflect current availability, skillsets, and assignments.
  • Support change management efforts by documenting processes and creating SOPs for new tools or workflows.
  • Assist in preparing presentations summarizing resource utilization and project health.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience

    in resource/workforce/project management.
  • Working knowledge of ScreenDragon, Power BI, Workfront, and other project tracking or reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing data and timelines.
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Clear and effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in data validation and reporting.
  • Exposure to creative and media workflows is a plus.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time hours (5 AM – 2 PM ET / 2 PM – 11 PM IST)
