Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Residences Manager to join our team at St. Regis, with 6-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily operations of residences, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise staff, including training, performance evaluations, and feedback.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing high-end hotels or resorts, preferably in luxury brands like St. Regis.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, revenue management principles, and customer service standards.
  • A graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
