Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reservation Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing reservations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate reservations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve reservation processes and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze and report on reservation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and guide junior staff members on reservation procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in reservation management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry operations and trends.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and software applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
