Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reservation - FO at Ramada by Wyndham, with 2-5 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling reservations and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including reservation data and guest feedback.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of reservation systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and motivating staff.
