Job Description

Job Summary

As a Revenue Executive, you will play a crucial role in executing and monitoring pricing strategies, managing distribution channels, and analyzing performance data for assigned hotel properties. You will work closely with the Revenue Manager and hotel teams to ensure optimal pricing, inventory control, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing daily pricing strategies, promotions, and rate updates across all distribution channels (OTA, brand website, CRS, PMS, Channel Manager).
Monitor hotel performance metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, lead time, pickup, and cancellations.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis to support pricing decisions.
Maintain rate parity and availability across all OTAs and booking channels.
Analyze demand patterns, booking pace, and pickup reports to identify revenue opportunities.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and forecasts to internal and client stakeholders.
Work with property teams to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies across systems.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for revenue growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, OTA algorithm changes, and new tools/technologies.
