Job Title: Revenue Executive Location: Indore (On-site) | Full-Time Experience: 1–2 years (Revenue, OTA, or Reservations in Hotels) Company: Retvens Services About Retvens Retvens Services is a hospitality revenue management and digital strategy firm, managing 300+ hotels globally. We deliver real-time revenue solutions, OTA strategy, and performance marketing for hotels across India and beyond. Role Overview We’re looking for sharp, data-driven Revenue Executives to own strategy execution for 10–15 hotels. This is a client-facing role where you’ll monitor performance, manage OTA listings, drive revenue, and lead weekly discussions with hotel owners. Key Responsibilities Execute dynamic pricing, OTA offers, and rate plans across Booking.com, MMT, Agoda, Airbnb, etc. Track daily pickup, market trends, and suggest data-backed rate changes Manage OTA listings, parity, and content updates Conduct weekly client calls with reports, insights, and action plans Ensure timely deliverables, revenue growth, and client satisfaction Requirements 1–3 years in revenue management, OTA operations, or central reservations Strong understanding of OTAs and channel managers (STAAH, AxisRooms, EasyCM, etc.) Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Confident communicator and client manager Why Join Us High-growth environment with structured mentorship Direct exposure to strategy, client management & revenue ownership Upskilling opportunities Show more Show less
