Job Description

Reservation Executive (IDS Knowledge required)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in handling reservations, preferably with knowledge of hotel management systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and reservations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve reservation processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
