Job Overview:About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage and support hotel reservation operations using our in-house hospitality platform. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in hotel bookings, OTA management, and guest communication, looking to work in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage reservations through our proprietary booking and channel management platform . Handle booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Coordinate with hotel partners to ensure room availability, rate accuracy, and inventory updates. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records and reports. Monitor and troubleshoot OTA (Online Travel Agency) and channel manager integration issues. Collaborate with the onboarding and customer success teams to assist new hotel partners. Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and hotel partners regarding bookings and system updates. Requirements Familiarity with OTAs, channel managers, and property management systems (PMS). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools quickly. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends (compensatory week off provided). Problem-solving mindset and a professional attitude in guest and partner communication. Show more Show less
