Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Client Services Executive. The role involves managing client services, building and maintaining business relationships, enhancing client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, addressing concerns, undertaking analytical assessments, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The role demands proactive and efficient management of client expectations. Job Description : Handle day-to-day service requests and client support activities. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues. Ensure timely onboarding, training, and support for new clients. Maintain accurate service records and update CRM systems. Address client queries, concerns, or escalations with professionalism. Assist in the implementation and setup of our software/products at the client site. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, technical support, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of software or hospitality systems is a plus. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision. Willingness to travel for client visits, if required.
