Key Responsibilities: Manage hotel reservations through the company’s OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform. Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations. Resolve booking-related issues promptly and maintain high service standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records in the system. Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system. Provide technical and operational support for OTA and channel manager integrations. Conduct field visits to client locations for support, relationship building, and system troubleshooting. Engage in cross-selling of additional hospitality tech products (e.g., POS, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine) during field interactions. Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling services and upgrades to enhance revenue. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or travel reservations. Freshers with relevant skills and training are welcome to apply. Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), booking engines, or channel managers is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving individual and team KPIs.
