Job Description

BAFCO International Shipping & Logistics is a leading freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering end-to-end services in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, Project Cargo, Customs Clearance, and Supply Chain Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate leads and convert them into active business accounts.
Achieve monthly GP targets in line with company goals.
Promote company services including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Project Cargo, Land Freight, and Customs Clearance.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely shipment handling.
Prepare and share quotations, pricing, and proposals based on customer requirements.
Monitor shipment movements and provide regular updates to clients.
Attend client meetings, visits, and business development activities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and customer data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local KSA logistics regulations.

Requirements

Minimum
25+ years of experience
in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry (KSA market preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Air/Sea freight, import/export procedures, Incoterms
, and documentation.
Existing customer base in Jeddah/Dammam/Riyadh is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Valid Saudi Driving License (for Sales roles).
Experience working with global and regional freight forwarding companies.
