Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive with expertise in reservation handling to support our sales and client management efforts. The role involves managing client reservations, ensuring smooth booking processes, and driving business growth through excellent customer service and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Manage and handle client reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations. Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and upsell services/products. Track and update reservation details in the CRM and booking systems accurately. Monitor reservation trends and provide feedback to management for improving processes. Achieve targets related to bookings, client retention, and revenue growth. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Previous experience in reservation handling, customer service, or sales within the hospitality or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours.
