Client Services Executive

As a Client Servicing Executive, your role involves cultivating solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service. You will create a positive onboarding experience for new clients and regularly interact with them through various communication channels. Your responsibilities also include identifying ways to overcome clients" initial dislike of company products, maintaining client records, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Oversee all aspects of client accounts, including order processing, contract management, and billing. - Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions. - Proactively identify and resolve issues during the client relationship to ensure satisfaction. - Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and client servicing processes. - Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support for a seamless client experience. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback, and generate reports on client activity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or an industry-related field. - Proven experience working as a client servicing executive. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure with strong organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Exceptional customer service skills.
