Client Servicing Manager

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative sensibility, and excellent relationship management skills to deliver impactful brand communication and measurable business results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a strong partnership.
• Lead the

  end-to-end brand management process

  , from brief to execution, across digital, ATL, BTL, and integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to deliver innovative and effective brand solutions.
• Develop and maintain a

  deep understanding of client’s business, market, and competitors

  to provide proactive brand recommendations.
• Manage

  campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables

  while ensuring high-quality execution.
• Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign performance reports to clients.
• Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, aligning with the client’s vision and objectives.
• Identify new opportunities for

  business growth and client engagement

Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Minimum 1

  –3 years of experience in an advertising agency

  (brand management / client servicing role).
• Strong understanding of

  brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, and media integration

  .
• Proven ability to

  manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Ability to think both strategically and creatively.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
