Job Description

Research Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
secondary and primary research
across industries, companies, and market trends.
Collect, organize, and analyze
qualitative and quantitative data
to support ongoing projects.
Prepare
research reports, briefs, and presentations
for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in designing
surveys, interviews, and data-gathering tools
.
Maintain and update research databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Support senior researchers in drafting proposals, white papers, and case studies.
Perform
literature reviews and competitive analysis
as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Economics, Business, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or related field
.
Strong
analytical and critical thinking skills
with attention to detail.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research databases/tools
.
Familiarity with
statistical methods
or tools (SPSS, R, Python, Stata) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong curiosity and a passion for
learning and problem-solving
