Key Responsibilities Assist in in vivo and in vitro studies, including animal handling, dosing, observations, and sample collection (blood, tissues, urine, etc.). Support toxicology and pharmacology studies under GLP protocols and SOPs. Work in vivarium settings , ensuring ethical animal care and welfare standards. Operate lab instruments (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, balances, centrifuges ) and assist in routine calibration and maintenance. Perform basic lab assays (ELISA, blood chemistry, histology prep). Document experimental data in compliance with GLP : raw data forms, lab notebooks, equipment logs, and checklists. Coordinate with Study Directors and QA for audits, inspections, and compliance. Maintain inventory of lab consumables and assist in ordering supplies. Participate in report drafting and data analysis under supervision. Required: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Zoology, Biochemistry, or related field. Basic understanding of GLP principles , laboratory safety, and SOP-driven work. Preferred: 0–2 years of experience in a preclinical CRO or academic research lab . Exposure to toxicology, pharmacology, or DMPK studies. Knowledge of animal handling and CPCSEA guidelines (for Indian CROs). Strong organizational and documentation skills.
