Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physical Chemist with 4–5 years of experience in analytical method development and validation using HPLC and LC-MS techniques. The ideal candidate will support the bioanalytical and toxicology departments by ensuring accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis of samples, contributing to method optimization, validation, and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently operate and maintain HPLC and LC-MS/MS instrumentation (e.g., Waters, Sciex, Agilent).
• Develop, validate, and execute robust analytical methods for drug substances, metabolites, and related compounds.
• Analyze biological matrices (plasma, serum, tissue, etc.) for preclinical and toxicology studies.
• Interpret chromatographic and mass spectrometric data and generate comprehensive analytical reports.
• Perform stability and degradation studies as per regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GLP, OECD, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with study directors, QA, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing studies and audits.
• Participate in troubleshooting, instrument calibration, and lab process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: M.Sc. / M.Pharm in Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Experience: 4–5 years in a GLP-compliant analytical or bioanalytical laboratory.
• Strong practical knowledge in HPLC and LC-MS/MS operations, method development, and data interpretation.
• Solid understanding of GLP, OECD, ICH, and regulatory compliance in a CRO or pharma setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
