Research Analyst

You will be a valuable member of our team as a Market Researcher with a focus on the IT industry. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive market analysis, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to support our business development strategies. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the IT sector, including technologies, competitors, and market demand. Your key duties will include conducting thorough research on the IT industry, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activities. You will be required to extract insights from various data sources such as surveys, reports, and market data to identify emerging technologies and customer needs. Additionally, you will play a vital role in identifying potential business opportunities based on your analysis of market trends and industry developments. Your findings will be documented in detailed reports and presentations, accompanied by strategic recommendations for senior management. Collaboration with the business development team will be essential as you work together to develop effective marketing and sales strategies. It will also be crucial for you to stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and innovations within the IT sector to provide valuable input on product positioning, market targeting, and competitive landscape. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of proven experience in market research, preferably within the IT industry. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are a must, along with the ability to interpret complex data effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills will be essential, as well as familiarity with market research tools and techniques. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A solid understanding of IT trends, market conditions, and competitor activities will also be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in B2B IT research. Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics will be an advantage.
