Position Overview:We seek a Research Analyst II to conduct market and supplier research, manage projects, and derive actionable insights. The role demands analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and execute research projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define project requirements and solutions.
• Conduct secondary and primary research, gathering insights from multiple sources.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate strategic insights.
• Present findings in reports, documents, and discussions with teams/clients.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, report writing, and presentations.

Eligibility:

• 2+ years of experience in market research.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, STEM, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.

Required Skills:

• Analytical & Research Skills
• Strong data analysis, trend identification, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of SQL, R, or Python being a plus.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Ability to extract insights from industry reports, academic journals, and government sources.
• Technical & Data Skills
• Experience in data visualization using PowerPoint; Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of statistical concepts like regression and correlation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and prompt engineering.
• Communication & Business Acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Report writing skills to create executive summaries and presentations.
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
• Basic financial understanding of ROI, profit margins, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Project Management & Adaptability
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities, market trends, and new technologies.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging market dynamics.
