Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst with strong marketing acumen to join our team. In this role, you'll analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform our marketing strategies and business decisions. Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer behavior metrics Evaluate market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations Synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights Marketing Intelligence Support marketing team with data-driven insights for campaign planning Develop customer personas and segmentation analyses Track and report on key marketing metrics and ROI Identify emerging market trends and customer pain points Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT and computer science, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field 2-4 years of experience in market research or business analysis Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer journey Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with research methodologies including surveys and competitive analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience in the software/technology industry Proficiency in AI prompt engineering to enhance research efficiency Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field What We're Looking For You understand how marketing works and can connect data insights to business outcomes.
