Research Analyst

Role Description

As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business strategies and decision-making. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, evaluate market and industry trends, and prepare detailed reports that inform organizational planning and growth initiatives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify research needs, design studies, and translate data into meaningful conclusions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data analysis on markets, industries, competitors, and emerging trends.
• Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from multiple reliable sources.
• Develop financial, economic, or statistical models to support research objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate insights.
• Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and business development initiatives with evidence-based findings.
• Monitor and evaluate market conditions and provide timely updates to internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals and design methodologies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with research and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection and analysis.
• Present research findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings effectively.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of market research techniques, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, business, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree or certification in data analysis, research methods, or a related discipline is an advantage.
