Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure. Sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM/database tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Lead squared). Intermediate-level MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Email etiquette and basic digital communication tools.
