• Engage with clients through calls and discussions to understand business needs, program objectives, and reporting expectations.
  
• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards for performance tracking, decision-making, and operational insights.
  
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within assigned programs.
  
• Prepare and maintain all documentation related to the assigned projects/programs, ensuring accuracy, structure, and clarity.
  
• Create high-quality presentations, reports, and visual summaries tailored to different levels of stakeholders.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
  
• Ensure adherence to reporting standards, data quality, timeliness, and consistency across all deliverables.
  
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and demonstrate the ability to learn and teach new tools, processes, or concepts.
  
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  
• Expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
  
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for building interactive and dynamic dashboards.
  
• Working knowledge of SQL to extract and analyze data from varied sources.
  

• Critical and analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex issues.
