Skills Qualifications Advanced Excel expertise: Pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, macros, and data modeling. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in reporting or business intelligence.
