About Cityflo

Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time, all to themselves, in their busy schedules. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.

Today, we run 600 buses and log 130000 daily bookings in Mumbai, and have recently expanded services to Hyderabad & Delhi NCR. We plan to scale 20X across four cities over the next 2 years. Cityflo is profitable and well-funded by prominent VCs India Quotient, Lightbox Ventures.

What we expect from this :

  • Complete responsibility of the rentals lead lifecycle. Reaching out to the leads, pitching and conversions.
  • Strategize and execute ambitious growth plans on quarterly and annual basis to drive top line revenue.
  • Conduct market research to develop insights and identify business opportunities.
  • Present Cityflo brand to corporates, SMEs, Travel agents and adhoc groups for rental opportunity.
  • Must possess strong negotiating skills and contracting experience for new business acquisitions.
  • Build strong relationships with new & existing clients and ensure strong business retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution of brand specific service levels.

Finance & Accounts - For billing, payments & collection.

Fulfillment - For rental operations.

  • Participate and network in industry exhibitions/conferences and represent Cityflo.

Requirements -

  • Experience of 1-2 years in corporate sales and account management.
  • Passion for sales & BD with an ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Possess strong marketing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communicator - should be able to express ideas clearly & confidently with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • He / she should be comfortable working in a small team or as an individual contributor.
