Route Executive

Ensure timely departures and arrivals of buses at designated boarding and drop-off points. Coordinate with drivers, the control tower, and the maintenance team for daily route execution. Address and resolve real-time issues such as delays, route blockages, or breakdowns. Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and compliance of buses before dispatch. Assist with passenger boarding, guide new users, and resolve on-ground concerns. Report operational or driver-related issues to the Route or Operations Manager. Monitor trip logs and submit daily route performance reports. Support in managing driver attendance and shift planning. Maintain route checklists and ensure buses follow designated paths and schedules.
