Job Description

This role requires an individual who exercises operational excellence, meticulous record-keeping and task management, strong understanding writing and preparing supporting renewal documentation and quotes, with intensive familiarity utilizing tools such as SalesForce, Gainsight, and Conga related to the contract generation.

As a member of this rapidly growing team, a Renewals Data Analyst – Contract will have a direct impact on Responsive’s go-to-market strategy by supporting the CS organization in preparation of resources and documentation related to the client’s renewal including preparation of quotes and supporting documentation for ongoing conversations with the client.


Key Responsibilities:

●Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation including supplying teams with contract quotes, and supporting documentation for ongoing client renewal conversations.

●Ability to analyze client data within various internal and external tools to gather supporting information needed to create documentation.

●Work with Responsive employees to help identify actions needed to support a successful renewal process.

●Build strong working relationships across Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.

●Other duties as assigned.


Experience:

●2+ years of experience executing and analyzing customer data to assist in a smooth renewal process, for a high-growth SaaS company, with a track record of exceeding KPI’s.

●Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

●Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

●Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software is a MUST (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, and Conga).

●Familiarity generating quotes for various client segments (e.g., SMB, MM, & Enterprise).


Education:

●Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills, Ability:

●Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success in SaaS companies and/or project management and driving adoption of technology within an organization

●Ability to multitask, prioritize, and scale

●Highly data-driven with a commitment to understanding the renewal lifecycle, and ability to create customized documentation for clients at scale.

●Strong presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills

●Flexible, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills

●Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
