Job Description

As a Renewals Analyst at Numerator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the renewals process by ensuring data accuracy, documentation completeness, and timely reporting. Your attention to detail and data-savvy approach will be key in maintaining clean Salesforce data, producing renewal materials, and surfacing insights to drive favorable outcomes for the team. You will be working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your contributions will make a significant impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the renewal documentation lifecycle, including creating, versioning, and archiving strategy decks, templates, and agreements with consistent naming conventions. - Pre-populate renewal templates using SFDC data and flag any exceptions or missing fields for review. - Maintain an auditable Google Drive structure to ensure all executed agreements and approvals are filed promptly. - Conduct monthly audits to ensure alignment between SFDC renewal records and archived documentation. - Validate SFDC renewal opportunity fields, resolve inconsistencies, and escalate when necessary. - Develop and maintain recurring renewal reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health and renewal status. - Partner with onshore teams to refine reporting requirements and evolve metrics as renewal processes mature. - Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for all renewal-related reports and insights. - Pull, clean, and synthesize datasets to support renewal negotiations, upsells, and coverage analyses. - Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights highlighting shifts in coverage, usage, and retention risk. - Conduct variance analyses across renewal cycles to identify trends, risks, and expansion opportunities. - Create visual dashboards or summary packs to prioritize renewal actions and conversations. **What You'll Bring to Numerator:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics. - 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, renewals, or business analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline. - Ability to analyze and synthesize data into clear reports and insights. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration across time zones. - Proactive, organized, and adaptable with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement.
