Roles & Responsibilities{{:}

}The Renewal Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the renewal process from quote to obtaining the purchase order. This involves{{:

}}Engaging with customers using phone, email, or other media, on their upcoming renewa
lsDelicately but professionally working through customer objections to secure on-time renewa
lsResponding to customer emails and requests within one business day of recei
ptLogging all customer interactions in Salesforce.c

omOnce fully trained, expect to work with approximately 150 renewals per quart
erHave a high-level understanding of Flexera products and be able to clearly communicate our various support pla
nsAdhere to and follow all service level expectatio
nsMay be asked to work EMEA or North America hou

:}}2+ years of experience preferably in Operations, Order Processing or Renew
