Job Description

As a Renewal Operations Analyst at Flexera, your primary responsibility will be managing the renewal process, ensuring a smooth transition from quote to obtaining the purchase order. Your duties will include: - Engaging with customers through phone, email, or other communication channels regarding their upcoming renewals - Professionally addressing customer objections to secure timely renewals - Responding to customer emails and requests within one business day - Logging all customer interactions in Salesforce.com - Handling approximately 150 renewals per quarter after completing training - Demonstrating a high-level understanding of Flexera products and effectively communicating our support plans - Adhering to all service level expectations - Being open to working EMEA or North America hours as required To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Possess 2+ years of experience, preferably in Operations, Order Processing, or Renewals - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in English language - Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution - Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant experience Flexera values diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce.
