As a PDC Specialist , you will support the success and scalability of Flexera s partner ecosystem by managing and continuously improving core operational workflows. Your work will directly impact partner experience, speed to engagement, and internal efficiency. You will: Handle new partner requests and onboarding workflows Manage the end-to-end setup process for new partners, including account creation, portal access, and enablement milestone tracking. Support deal execution and pipeline hygiene Process and maintain partner deal registrations, renew expired submissions, and ensure data integrity through accurate partner tagging and naming conventions. Coordinate partner enablement and program requests Own the intake and follow-up of Training, Marketing, and Resource (TMR) requests, ensuring alignment across internal teams for timely delivery. Manage partner inquiries and operational support Act as a point of coordination for partner questions related to pricing, training status, certifications, and partner tools (e.g., portal, partner locator).
