Job Description

Process: SBI Renewal Executive - Voice Process

Responsibilities:

Contact existing SBI customers for policy/plan renewals.
Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly renewal and sales targets.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of renewal cases.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
Mandatory minimum 1 year of sales experience (any field).
Versant level 4 good communication skills required.
Comfortable with rotational week offs.
Shift timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: 22,000 per month.
Take Home: 20,000 per month.
Unlimited incentives based on performance.
Easy selection process.
