Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of products such as credit cards, gold loans, personal loans, two-wheeler loans, commercial vehicle loans, auto finance, consumer durables financing, etc. Develop strong understanding of various financial products offered by the bank including education loans for students pursuing higher education abroad. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursements or other financial matters. Meet sales targets set by the organization while maintaining ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
