Job Description As a Relationship Officer in Digital Banking, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the relationship between the bank and its digital clients. Provide prompt solutions to client inquiries and issues in digital banking. Educate clients on how to use digital banking platforms effectively and securely. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in customer relationship management within the banking sector. Strong understanding of digital banking products and services. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients. Problem-solving skills to handle challenging client situations adeptly. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
