Job Summary:

VANMOH CHIT FUNDS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic branch manager responsible for daily branch operations, financial health, and team leadership to achieve targets. Requires a strong background in financial services, leadership skills, and proven success in business development and customer relationship management within the chit fund industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and financial needs related to mutual funds, insurance, and various loan products.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and financial situations to identify new opportunities and provide proactive advice.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through personalized service and effective issue resolution.Financial Advisory & Sales:
  • Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon to recommend suitable mutual fund schemes, insurance policies, and loan solutions.
  • Specialized focus on promoting and managing Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) books, guiding clients on consistent wealth creation.
  • Actively acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for mutual funds (including SIPs), insurance premiums, and loan disbursements.
  • Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence:
  • Stay abreast of the latest market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes pertaining to mutual funds, insurance, and lending products.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various mutual fund categories, insurance types.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of complex financial products to clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: [Insert Number] years of progressive experience in a Relationship Manager role within the financial services industry, specifically dealing with mutual funds, insurance, and loans.
  • Certifications:
  • NISM Certifications: Mandatory NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination. Additional NISM certifications (e.g., Investment Adviser, Equity Derivatives) will be a significant advantage.
  • NSE Certifications: Relevant NSE certifications demonstrating a strong understanding of equity and derivative markets (e.g., NCFM Modules).
  • SIP Book Management: Proven experience in building, managing, and growing a substantial SIP book.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of financial products, market dynamics, and investment strategies across mutual funds, insurance, and lending.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for serving clients and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify client needs, present suitable solutions, and close deals.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, interpret market trends, and devise effective solutions for clients.
  • Time Management & Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software, financial planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
