Position Overview: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. This role involves driving engagement, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting business growth through proactive account management and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, corporate clients, and healthcare partners. Understand client needs and ensure timely and effective service delivery. Coordinate with internal departments to address client queries and resolve issues promptly. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and reviews with key accounts. Maintain accurate client records and prepare periodic performance reports. Stay updated with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor activities. Support marketing and business development teams in client acquisition strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
