Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential catchment areas to acquire HNI/Affluent customers for liabilities products.
Execute marketing activities and generate leads for new customer acquisition.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through references and market activities.
Meet potential customers, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable products and solutions.
Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and documentation requirements.
Ensure accurate and complete account opening processes for superior customer experience.
Maintain continuous engagement with customers for additional product cross-selling (loans, investments, etc.).
Develop a referral network from existing customers for future business.
Regularly update Daily Sales Reports and review progress with the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate with
14 years of experience in Liabilities Customer Acquisition
, preferably in the HNI/Affluent segment.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Sound understanding of
banking products and services
for high-value customers.
Good local market knowledge and networking ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
