AVP/DVP – Private Client Group (PCG) || Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall

    PCG strategy

    in alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and scale the PCG business with a clear focus on sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments and product strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, promoters, business families and family offices.
  • Personally manage key marquee relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, alliances and market presence.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Own

    AUM, revenue, and profitability targets

    for the PCG vertical.
  • Ensure high wallet share and client engagement.

Team Building & People Leadership

  • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of relationship managers, dealers and support staff.
  • Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews and ensure capability building.
  • Create a strong performance culture with high ethical standards.

Product & Advisory Excellence

  • Work closely with research, product and investment teams to deliver high-quality advisory solutions.
  • Ensure suitability, compliance and best-in-class client experience.
  • Provide market insights and guidance to clients during different market cycles.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all activities are in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and client trust.

  • AUM growth (new + existing clients)
  • Revenue & profitability of PCG vertical
  • Client acquisition and retention metrics
  • Team productivity and performance
  • Client satisfaction and relationship depth

Desired Profile

Education

• MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent from a reputed institute.

Experience

  • 12–18+ years of experience in

    Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking / PCG

    with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI relationships and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, products and investment advisory.
